The Solution
Planned, designed, and executed a full transition to a cloud-native ASIO SaaS (KeepIT) platform — migrating 19 TB across 1,436 users, engineering retention and schedule policies around Microsoft 365 API throttling limits for Exchange Online, OneDrive, and Teams, and phasing cutover to avoid any business disruption.
The Outcome
Validated with real disaster-recovery drills including a flawless 5 TB SharePoint site restore with permissions and metadata intact. Legacy hardware was decommissioned and the team now runs backups from a single-pane SaaS portal with immutable cloud copies and faster recovery turnaround.
